Senior Associate – Commercial Lawyer

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate Commercial Lawyer who enjoys broad commercial work and wants to join a boutique practice where you'll have genuine ownership of matters, direct access to an experienced Managing Partner and a clear pathway towards Partnership. You'll work across high-quality commercial matters for an established client base while enjoying the flexibility, autonomy and culture that comes with a smaller firm.

The practice advises a diverse mix of private businesses, founders, investors and high-net-worth individuals across a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial contracts, corporate transactions, business sales and acquisitions, employment, intellectual property, property and trusts. The litigation team also generates a steady stream of commercial referrals, creating a consistent pipeline of interesting advisory work.

You'll be trusted to manage your own matters while working closely with an experienced Managing Partner recognised in Best Lawyers Australia. Having previously spent a decade as a Partner at a leading international law firm, they offer the technical mentoring and commercial insight of a large-firm environment within a far more approachable and collaborative culture.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and wants the opportunity to continue developing both technically and commercially. You'll have significant client contact, genuine responsibility from day one and the support to progress towards a leadership position as the practice continues to grow.
