Senior Associate/ Special Counsel - Insurance/ Health Law

Our client, a major law firm with high profile insurance practice is seeking a Senior Associate/ Special Counsel to join their growing Medical Negligence team.

Working with leading partners, you will act for clients including medical practices, hospitals and practitioners on a wide range of matters including negligence claims, coronial inquests, regulatory matters and investigations.

With 5+ years' PQE, you have a background in defendant insurance litigation (professional indemnity/ personal injury) and a strong interest in expanding your experience into the medical negligence/ health law space - or you may already have experience in this practice area. You enjoy liaising with clients and building long term client relationships, providing proactive solutions and support, as well as mentoring more junior lawyers.
