Project Manager - D&C Fit Outs

We're partnering with one of Melbourne's leading commercial interiors contractors to find an experienced Project Manager.

Projects range from $1M–$20M and span premium workplace, corporate and commercial environments across Melbourne.

The Role

• Manage commercial D&C fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Monitor project budgets, programmes and procurement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

About You

• Experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Minimum 5 years' experience within commercial fit out for a D&C builder
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach with excellent commercial awareness
