As General Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the business, driving a culture of safety, accountability, customer excellence, and continuous improvement. With full ownership of operational and financial performance, you will lead a high-performing team while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer outcomes and sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of site operations with full P&L accountability.
• Drive financial performance through effective planning, budgeting, and commercial management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and long-term partnership success.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
• Lead, develop, and inspire teams through effective coaching, talent development, and workforce engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement and change initiatives.
• Monitor and drive performance through KPI management, operational reviews, and business planning processes.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be an accomplished operational leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record leading complex logistics, supply chain, transport, distribution, warehousing, or industrial operations.

You will bring:

• Significant senior leadership experience within logistics, transport, warehousing, supply chain, or a related sector.
• Demonstrated success managing large operational teams and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen with direct responsibility for P&L management and business performance.
• Experience leading transformation, continuous improvement, and change management programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and customer engagement capabilities.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures.
