You’ll be creating plans for single and double‑storey homes that aren’t churn‑and‑burn.

What You Need

• 2+ years’ experience with a WA residential builder
• 2+ years’ ArchiCAD experience
• Strong NCC + Australian Standards knowledge
• Double brick construction experience
• Understanding of pre‑construction and post‑contract workflows

What You’ll Be Doing

• Residential drafting for single & double storey homes
• ArchiCAD drafting using the 4D Library
• Pre‑con & post‑contract documentation
• Ensuring compliance with NCC + Australian Standards
• Working with double brick construction and WA‑specific detailing
• Collaborating with internal teams to keep jobs moving smoothly
