The Business

Based in Melbourne CBD, this rapidly growing firm is on the hunt for a Business Services Manager. Their growth has been fuelled by referrals, organic growth & business acquisitions. They work with a diverse range of clients, some up to $500m turnover with listed entities, as a result, they are big on training & development ensuring that everyone from Graduate to Partner is equipped at providing high level advice. The Role

Overseeing a team of Accountants, you will be responsible for reviewing work and managing work flow, whilst delivering high level advice, whilst also mentoring Accountants at attending their own meetings and building rapport with clients. The business' reputation draws enough new business that business development isn't something that you specifically need to do, although being comfortable with this is a huge advantage.

About You

• 7+ years' experience within Public Practice
• Experience in reviewing work and managing a team
• CA or CPA qualified
• Proven ability to manage and build relationships with clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self motivated
