The Roles

  • Leading National Firmlooking for an Administrative Lawyer to join their Government Advisory team. In this role, you will have the chance to focus on merits review for a Commonwealth Government agency (NDIA). The ideal candidate will have government advisory and litigation experience - NDIA experience is not necessary.
  • A leading national firmis looking for a Lawyer to join its Public Law team. The role primarily involves acting for State Government departments and statutory bodies in prosecutions, disciplinary proceedings and reviews of administrative decisions. Will suit candidates with litigation and/or administrative law experience which is a bonus and not essential - a passion to move into this space is!
  • Highly regarded Mid Tierlooking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Public Law team in Melbourne or Sydney. This role will suit candidates with experience working with or for the Department of Home Affairs on migration matters. In this role you will work on migration, merits review and administrative law matters across a range of areas and Commonwealth Government agencies.
  • National mid tier looking for a lawyer to join its National Public Law team in Melbourne. In this role you will act for a key government client in the review of decisions affecting people with disabilities, including matters involving eligibility, support, funding, and broader administrative frameworks. The role suits lawyers with experience in or an interest in disability merits review, administrative law and/or tribunal advocacy.
