Our client

Our client is a progressive, innovative a rapidly growing national firm. With close to 1800 people across Australia and strong pipelines of work, there is now an opportunity for a Lawyer to join the the team in Melbourne focussing on Energy related work with lots of renewables based work on offer.

The Role

This role will suit lawyers with 5 to 8 years PQE across corporate M&A and/or energy related matters. Importantly you are passionate about the energy space. In this role you will work across project sale and acquisition and due diligence, project feasibility, grid connection, compliance and associated areas of finance, offtake, construction and operation. If necessary, you will be trained in the renewables space working with a highly regarded Partner for prominent clients. This is an ideal role for someone either with focused energy experience or candidates with exposure looking to specialise.
