Brazilian Critical Minerals Limited is an ASX-listed critical minerals company focused on developing the Ema Rare Earth Project in Amazonas, Brazil.

Ema is a globally significant ionic adsorption clay rare earth project with the potential to become a low-cost, low-impact and strategically important supplier of rare earth elements to international markets.

As the project advances through engineering, permitting, financing and development, the Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of the next phase of the Ema Project.

Role Overview

Brazilian Critical Minerals is seeking an experienced, commercially focused and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of key development activities for the Ema Rare Earth Project.

The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, technical, environmental, permitting and commercial workstreams, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved budgets and schedules.

This position will work closely with the Company’s executive management team, Brazilian operating personnel, engineering consultants, contractors, government agencies and other key stakeholders.

The role is ideally suited to a highly organised project professional with experience delivering mining, mineral processing, infrastructure or industrial projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the Ema Project from feasibility through detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, execution plans and resource requirements.
• Coordinate engineering consultants, technical specialists, contractors and project partners.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality and performance against approved targets.
• Support the preparation of detailed engineering, procurement and construction packages.
• Oversee procurement activities, tender processes, contractor selection and contract administration.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s health, safety, environmental and governance standards.
• Establish effective project reporting systems and provide regular progress updates to executive management and the Board.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including government agencies, local communities, consultants, contractors and potential funding or offtake partners.
• Support project financing, due diligence and technical review processes as required.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable and performance-focused project culture.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally possess

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of project management experience within the mining, mineral processing, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated experience progressing projects from feasibility through engineering, construction and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, procurement and contract management.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and technical teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing project priorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• A strong commitment to safety, environmental responsibility and project governance.
• Experience working on international projects, particularly in Brazil or South America, would be highly regarded.
• Portuguese-language capability would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.
• The ability to undertake regular international travel to Brazil.
