Property Lawyer

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Perth law firm who are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join their growing team. The Role

You will be responsible for managing a diverse property law practice, including:

• Advising clients on commercial and residential property transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the sale and purchase of property.
• Managing commercial and retail leasing matters, including preparing and negotiating leases, licences and related agreements.
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals and developments.
• Conducting due diligence for property transactions.
• Preparing and reviewing easements, covenants and other property-related documentation.
• Advising on strata and community title matters.
• Assisting with property financing and security documentation.
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, developers, local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Managing settlements and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current unrestricted Australian Practising Certificate.
• Experience practising in Property Law.
• Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
• An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.
