Role Summary

We're seeking a customer-focused ICT Customer Support Officer to join our ICT and Digital Transformation team. In this hands-on role, you'll be the first point of contact for technology support across the organisation, helping employees resolve ICT issues and ensuring they have the tools, systems and support needed to work effectively.

Working across a broad technology environment, you'll provide support for Microsoft 365, desktop and mobile devices, audio-visual systems, networking and collaboration tools, while contributing to ongoing improvements in ICT services and user experience.

Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Provide timely and professional support for ICT incidents, service requests and technical enquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking and user access issues, escalating where required.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment setup and system access.
  • Maintain ICT equipment and asset registers throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Assist with the deployment, maintenance and improvement of desktop and device environments.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, collaboration platforms and meeting room technologies.
  • Assist with technology upgrades, testing and implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles and user guides.

About You

  • Experience providing ICT support in a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across desktop, hardware and software environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, Intune, Active Directory, and Exchange Online.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and positive user experiences.

Salary Range: $81,111 - $106,259
