The opportunity

This is a hands-on entry into recruitment, working alongside experienced consultants who will show you how the job is really done. You won’t be sitting on the sidelines, from early on, you’ll be speaking with candidates, supporting active roles, and learning how to build a desk properly.

You’ll be working across an established client base, helping deliver talent into live projects while developing your own style and reputation in the market.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting key clients with their hiring needs across active sites and projects
• Sourcing and engaging quality candidates through multiple channels
• Managing the candidate process from first call through to placement
• Conducting interviews and presenting candidates in a clear, concise way
• Assisting with contract generation and ongoing contractor management
• Keeping systems up to date (Bullhorn CRM) and maintaining compliance standards
• Contributing to lead generation and building market knowledge

What we’re looking for

We’re not expecting years of recruitment experience, we’re looking for attitude, drive, and people who want to build something long term.

• Experience in a customer-facing or phone-based role (sales, retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
• Resilience and motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset, someone who takes ownership and follows things through
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
• Curiosity, people who want to understand the industry, not just do the job
