We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team, stepping into an established construction desk that’s already producing. This isn’t a cold start. You’ll walk into existing client relationships, active roles, and a network that’s been built over time, giving you the platform to make an immediate impact.

You’ll be working closely with experienced consultants, gaining exposure to a busy market, and playing a key role in connecting construction businesses with the talent they need to deliver.

What the role involves

• Taking ownership of an active construction desk with live roles and repeat clients
• Building on existing relationships while identifying new opportunities in the Melbourne market
• Managing the full recruitment process from brief through to placement
• Developing your own presence within a competitive but rewarding sector

You don’t need a construction recruitment background to succeed here. If you understand pace, can build trust, and know how to manage your time, we’ll support you with the rest.

What we’re looking for

• Previous recruitment experience in a fast-moving environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Confidence in communication, both written and verbal
• A proactive mindset with the ability to think beyond the obvious
• Someone who backs themselves and is keen to build something long-term
