The Opportunity
As a Prestart Consultant, you will work across residential projects in a diverse role, providing expert guidance and support throughout the prestart process. Your key focus will be to ensure a smooth and efficient selections experience, contributing to successful project delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Project, Custom and Modular Homes
- Support clients and providing guidance in selecting finishes
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including documentation and coordination of client details
- Provide administrative support for contract processes (with contracts prepared by a dedicated team member)
- Prepare, update, and maintain addenda's and variations
Multiple opportunities below: All Full time or Part time
Opportunity One – Osborne Park
- Work from home
- Conduct Prestart meetings on Saturdays
- Complete administration tasks from home during the week
- 6 month contract with potential extension
Opportunity Two – Osborne Park
- Single and double-storey homes
- Project and custom build experience considered
Opportunity Three – Cannington
- Client Construction Liaison
- Opportunity to join a supportive residential team

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1+ years of experience working as a prestart consultant for a residential builder
- Forward-thinking, collaborative, encouraging, with an approachable attitude
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus
- Strong organisational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
