The Opportunity

We are seeking highly experienced, organised, motivated and client focused Site Manager to join us for our projects in the Eastern Suburbs (

Malvern & Brighton) for our emerging SOHO BUILT Construction Team.

Immediate Start

The Role

• Successfully deliver quality residential projects for our Clients and developer partners
• Projects requirements are predominately medium density residential
• Scheduling Trades and Subcontractors on site
• Ensuring OH&S obligations are met weekly
• Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
• Liaising with clients and delivering great customer service to our development partners
• Monitoring and controlling ETS budget

About You

• Significant experience in site management in projects or medium density settings
• Strong Ability to manage the Building Process from start to finish
• You are willing to be a team player
• Motivated and driven
• A customer-focused person, with good communication skills capable of dealing with both retail customers and sophisticated developers alike
• A positive can-do attitude
