About The Position

WorkPac are seeking an Estimator for a permanent role working a Monday to Friday roster. In this role as Estimator, youll quote on a range of asphalt and related repairs, including pothole repairs, car park maintenance, asphalt re-sheeting and resurfacing, kerbing and minor concrete, and much more. We operate throughout the Perth metro area (between Alkimos and Mandurah).

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and attend site visits to measure and inspect a wide range of asphalt repair solutions.

Prepare accurate estimates and scope notes.

Liaise with clients to understand scope and requirements and provide advice based on any budget restrictions.

Answer follow-up questions from customers and crew about quotes and work scope.

Work collaboratively with the Senior Estimator and Operations team to ensure accurate quoting and handover.

Present well to customers, as the face of Mr Pothole.

Skills And Experience

Estimating experience (asphalt/civil background helpful but not essential).

Hold a current Construction Industry White Card.

Confident using digital quoting software and related estimating tools.

Well-presented, professional and comfortable talking with clients and site supervisors.

Highly organised and able to work independently to manage your day efficiently.

Familiarity with safety standards and compliance in the construction industry.
