We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a hands-on Workshop Administrator to join our Perth Airport depot in WA .
About the Role
The Workshop Administrator provides support to the workshop staff for enquiries and supports the National Workshop Administration Manager in the areas of all administration requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform administrative duties in MYOSH and manage timesheets, PayGlobal entries, and pay queries.
- Support onboarding, inductions, site access, and trade uniforms to ensure employee compliance.
- Raise and close work orders; monitor open vendor work orders ensuring documentation is accurate and signed off by supervisors.
- Track safety compliance, CRAs, and monthly workshop checks.
- Liaise with Workshop Management & HESQ Advisor on safety requirements and compliance.
- Maintain training matrix and schedule renewals and update Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) as required.
- Manage filing, archiving, shared inboxes, and workshop communication boards.
- Support audits, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate data in MEX/ERP and other digital tools.
What You’ll Bring
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail including data entry.
- Proficiency with MEX and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in time management with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously or cohesively in a team with administrative, operational, and professional staff; and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake general administrative and data entry duties accurately and efficiently in the absence of direct supervision, using initiative where necessary.
- Experience in processing timesheets and weekly payroll.
- Customer service focussed.
