Account Director (Quant) - Lead, Shape & Influence

Get you in the room with a client and you'll take them on the journey, whether it's building stronger brands, launching new products or creating exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

You'll jump into a humming portfolio of established clients, drive delivery, growth and develop the advisory capability in your team.

• Become a trusted advisor to your client portfolio
• Lead client engagements
• Define problems, design research approaches and deliver strategic solutions
• Combine analytical rigour with commercial acumen
• Contribute to strategic planning and new business growth
• Work closely with a legendary Director to build team capability

About You

We’re looking for a seasoned strategic consultant with:

• Deep expertise in quantitative research methodologies and client consulting
• Strong strategic insights agency experience
• Experience of building trusted client relationships
• Broad experience across methodologies and business challenges. This is 100% ad hoc, primary consumer research - foundational, complex studies spanning brand, customer understanding, innovation and customer experience.
• Experience working across multiple sectors. You'll partner with iconic retail, FMCG, energy, utilities and financial services brands.
• Experience with research/analytics tools
• Ability to develop others consulting capabilities through coaching
