• Oversee residential builds from site start through to completion
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Manage construction timelines, quality, and safety standards
• Liaise with clients, trades, and internal teams
• Ensure projects remain on track and delivered to a high standard

About You

• Experience supervising residential builds with a Project or Custom Home Builder
• Open to early-career supervisors or experienced tradespeople ready to progress
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
