A leading international law firm is currently looking to appoint one Solicitor (2–4 PQE) and two Senior Associates (5+ PQE) to join its market-leading Disputes practice in Melbourne.

Working alongside highly regarded partners and an outstanding national team, you will advise a broad range of Australian and international clients on sophisticated and high-profile disputes, with exposure to:

• Commercial and corporate litigation
• Contentious regulatory matters
• Regulatory investigations
• Internal investigations
• Commissions and inquiries
• Class actions
• Complex strategic disputes

The Team

This is a highly regarded Disputes practice with an exceptional reputation for advising on complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters. The team works closely across offices and acts for major Australian and international clients on some of the market's most significant disputes.

Lawyers are encouraged to take ownership of their matters, work directly with clients and benefit from genuine mentoring and career development from leading practitioners.

About You

Solicitor (2–4 PQE)

You will have:

• Between 2–4 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience gained within a leading national, international or top-tier practice.
• Strong technical and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and genuine interest in developing your career within a high-performing disputes team.

Senior Associate (5+ PQE)

You will have:

• 5+ years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated experience advising on regulatory investigations and contentious regulatory matters.
• Experience gained within a leading national, international or top-tier practice.
• Strong technical ability, commercial judgement and excellent client relationship skills.
• The ability to mentor junior lawyers and work collaboratively across a national practice.
