About the role

Join a team delivering innovative geospatial solutions across a diverse range of projects across WA & NT for key clients. As a Digital & Spatial Surveyor, you'll use the latest surveying technology to capture, process and deliver high-quality spatial data that meets client expectations while contributing to the continued growth and innovation of our geospatial services.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct geospatial field surveys using traditional survey equipment, terrestrial laser scanning (TLS), mobile laser scanning (MLS) and UAV LiDAR technology
  • Process and analyse point clouds, photo meshes and spatial data in line with client and internal standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality geospatial solutions that meet project requirements and timelines
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows, technology adoption and service delivery across the business
  • Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) standards while supporting successful project outcomes

Key requirements

  • A relevant qualification in Surveying, Spatial Sciences, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geomatics or a related discipline.
  • Extensive survey industry experience in engineering surveying across a variety of disciplines and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong data management

Ideally you will have

  • REPL (Multi Rotor Sub25 kg)
  • Demonstrated experience establishing survey control GNSS,TLS and Digital Levelling and least squares adjustments
  • Experience with processing survey data in 12d Model and producing CAD drafted deliverables
  • Hands-on experience capturing and processing data using UAV,TLS and/or MLS technologies
  • Experience in feature extraction and 3D modelling
