Bluestone is partnered with a well-established residential builder specialising in townhouses, medium-density developments and house & land packages across Melbourne’s major growth corridors.

With a strong secured pipeline and structured internal systems, this builder is now seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join their growing team.

Your Role

  • Prepare BOQs, take-offs and full production costings
  • Produce variations and client pricing amendments
  • Manage documentation to strict build schedules
  • Liaise with drafting, construction, sales and suppliers
  • Support seamless handover from pre-construction to site

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Production / Residential Estimating
  • Experience within townhouse, medium-density or H&L builds
  • Degree in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
