Your challenge
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology team on a full-time permanent basis. As an infrastructure Engineer, you will provide operational support across Windows and Linux servers, Azure and Microsoft 365, identity and access management, networking, backups, monitoring and local infrastructure. - Administer access and identity services, including SaaS integrations using SAML, OIDC and SCIM for SSO, provisioning and federation support.
- Resolve infrastructure, application and integration incidents; investigate root causes; and provide second- and third-level support for business-critical services.
- Support production deployments, environment readiness, scheduled jobs, integration services and operational handovers.
- Deliver regular patching, vulnerability remediation, certificate management, backup and disaster-recovery testing.
- Improve reliability and efficiency through scripting, automation, proactive monitoring, documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with local, group and senior technology teams on incidents, changes, projects and service restoration.
