Network Dynamics is expanding its international partner network and is looking for experienced Freelance Network Engineers and Smart Hands Engineers (L1/L2) based in Melbourne, Australia.

What you'll do

Depending on the assignment, you may be involved in:

• Network installation and deployment
• Rack & stack activities
• Hardware replacement and upgrades
• Smart Hands support for data centres and customer sites
• Troubleshooting network infrastructure
• Router, switch and firewall installations
• Site surveys and technical assessments
• Remote hands support under the guidance of our engineering team

What we're looking for

• Experience in Network Engineering or Field Services
• Smart Hands L1 or L2 experience
• Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, or similar technologies
• Experience working in customer environments or data centres
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Ability to travel within the Melbourne metropolitan area
• Valid driver's licence preferred
