About The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Jandakot, Western Australia. As a full-time Electrician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing electrical systems for our diverse range of commercial and Local Government clients.

PERTH BASED - FULL TIME

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist and oversee the planning and organisation of electrical works onsite
  • Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
  • Scheduling and arranging materials
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that works are carried out according to client specifications
  • Ensure relevant field inspection checklists are completed and signed in conjunction with client representatives
  • Understand and implement quality control techniques
  • Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
  • Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed
  • Quoting
  • Prepare cost summaries and reports
  • Daily / Weekly activity reporting

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Electrician with a valid Electrical License
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to demonstrate a positive approach & comprehensive understanding of HSE management & obligations
  • Have excellent English verbal & written communication skills
  • Have considerable experience within the WA commercial & industrial fields
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer programs
  • Simpro Management software experience
  • Have a proven ability to operationally & financially manage projects and maintenance contracts
  • Have a good understanding of apprentice supervision requirements
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of checking and testing requirements, AS/NZS 3000:2018 Wiring Rules and West Australian Electrical Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
