We are currently working with one of Australia's leading national law firms on an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join its highly regarded Melbourne Real Estate team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work on some of Australia's most significant property matters alongside respected partners and senior practitioners in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

About You

Applications are welcomed from lawyers with experience gained within a reputable real estate practice.

Lawyers with a corporate background who have been involved in corporate real estate transactions and are looking to transition into a dedicated real estate practice are also encouraged to apply.

You'll Ideally Have

• Strong technical legal skills and commercial judgement
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities
• A collaborative approach and desire to build lasting client relationships
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

The opportunity

You'll be involved in a broad range of premium real estate transactions, including:

• Capital transactions
• Complex development projects
• Mixed-use precincts
• Renewable energy developments
• Build-to-rent projects
• Real estate joint ventures
• Acquisitions, disposals and leasing

The practice acts for an impressive client base including developers, investors, property funds, government bodies, landlords and major institutional clients.
