Senior Tennis Coach

Vida Tennis is looking for a Senior Tennis Coach to join our coaching team. The initial on-court coaching hours will be to deliver a range of program lessons, including Hot Shots group lessons, adult sessions, squads (both green ball and hard ball), and private lessons.

The role will be a weekly split of approx. 28 to 30 hours per week of on-court coaching with the balance, 8 to 10 hours, off-court management roles. These responsibilities will include junior competition management, school programs, membership and venue leadership.

Employment Status: Full Time

Salary: Will be based on experience & qualifications relevant to the role and our internal pay scale. The range will be $75,000 to $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Vida Tennis provides all team members ongoing training and development, with an onboarding program to set the team member up for success.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be a Tennis Australia Coach Member, have a current Working With Children’s Check, and it is preferable that you have a Junior Development Qualification or Club Professional qualification, but this is not essential, as well as the following knowledge, skills, and attributes:

• A passion for tennis and for working with children and adults

• The ability to develop and build strong professional relationships with the Vida Team, students, parents, club members and the tennis community.
