About the role

Petition is currently searching for Commis Chefs to join the team.

As part of the Petition Team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Will be responsible for executing and delivering the standard and quality that is upheld within the team
• Supporting the Pans and/or Larder station in the kitchen
• Creative thinking and ideas
• Works well within a team
• Have good awareness and knowledge about dietaries across the whole menu
• Be able to think fast on their feet
• High cleanliness and organisation levels

Skills and experience

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experiences;

• Relevant Qualification in Commercial Cookery;
• At least one year’s experience as a Commis Chef in a high end restaurant/s;
• Willing and flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings when required;
• Available for either part time or full time hours;
• A strong work ethic, a passion to create good food and a desire to succeed.
