Who we’re looking for?

  • 1+ years’ experience in property management or 2+ years as an assistant property manager.
  • Certificate of Registration is essential for this role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of building effective relationships with tenants, clients and internal stakeholders
  • Appropriate experience in the industrial property industry.
  • Professional, dependable and team focused, confident working closely with contractors, facilities teams and internal stakeholders.

The role

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of an industrial portfolio in Perth CBD. This is a hands-on, head office-based role, working closely with a small on‑site team, with scope over time to grow your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of multi-site industrial and commercial properties across Perth.
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants.
  • Coordinating responses to leasing, occupancy and property related matters.
  • Managing contractors and all maintenance related matters.
  • Manage core property administration functions, including rent collection, arrears follow-up, budgeting and forecasting support.
