This role will be key in achieving our strategic market and client ambitions. We are seeking to appoint a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our MCBD function.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing, communications and events across ANZ, East Asia and Southeast Asia. Working closely with Marketing and Communications Managers, you will help coordinate campaigns, create content, support client engagement activities and contribute to reporting that measures impact and identifies opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing and communications campaigns, including email, social media, web content and client communications.
  • Coordinate client and internal events, including invitations, supplier liaison, logistics, briefing materials and post-event reporting.
  • Help develop and promote project stories, award submissions, industry partnerships and sponsorship activities across the geography.
  • Maintain campaign and event calendars, support reporting and provide insights on campaign performance, market activity and media coverage.
  • Provide general marketing and communications coordination support to the regional team and collaborate with colleagues across MCBD.

Is this role right for you?

  • We are looking for someone with a relevant qualification in marketing, communications, media, commerce or a related discipline, along with experience in a professional services or business environment.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop, edit and adapt content for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience supporting marketing, communications, digital content or campaign activity across channels such as social media, websites, email and CRM platforms.
  • Confidence engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate events and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a commitment to working in line with Arup’s values.
