What this role is all about

We're looking for an Experienced Electrical Engineer with around 3–4 years of consulting experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Based in Perth, you'll join a collaborative team delivering projects across sectors including Commercial, Health, Defence, Education, Infrastructure and Resources. You'll have the opportunity to build on your existing technical skills while taking on greater project responsibility, developing client relationships, and working alongside experienced engineers who are invested in your growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, wants exposure to a diverse project portfolio, and is looking for a clear pathway to further career development.

How you'll contribute day-to-day

• Deliver electrical engineering designs across a variety of projects and sectors

• Assist with project delivery from concept design through to construction and completion

• Prepare technical calculations, reports, specifications and design documentation

• Work closely with clients, architects, contractors and project stakeholders

• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams across Australia

• Attend site inspections and project meetings

• Support quality assurance reviews and project delivery processes

• Build strong client relationships and contribute to positive project outcomes

• Continue developing your technical, commercial and consulting capabilities

What sets you up for success

To thrive in this role, you'll be someone who:

• Has 3–4 years of Electrical Engineering experience within a consulting environment

• Holds a recognised Engineering degree

• Has experience delivering building services electrical designs

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code

• Has experience using design and modelling software including AutoCAD and Revit

• Communicates confidently with clients, consultants and project stakeholders

• Enjoys working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

• Takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes

• Is motivated to continue learning and developing professionally

• Is working towards professional registration and chartership, or has an interest in doing so
