Project Manager

About The Group

This group have been developing and building commercial and apartment projects for over 30 years and have a significant commercial portfolio across Australia. They hold onto the majority of their developments and there is a major focus on delivering high quality assets. They are looking for a Project Manager that can manage small refurbishment and larger maintenance projects ranging from $100k - $500k.

About The Role

Reporting to the head of Asset Management you will be responsible for 2-4 projects at a time

• Management of program and scheduling trades
• Trade and supplier management on projects
• Management of safety and quality
• Preparing project reports to asset management
• Ensuring all company polices and procedures are followed onsite

About You

You will ideally have come from a trade background and worked on refurbishment or larger maintenance projects in the commercial/retail sector. Previous experience working in live environments will be looked upon favorably. It is essential you have a strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodology.
