The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional Partner appointment.

The Managing Partner is looking for someone who wants to contribute beyond their own practice. Alongside leading your clients, you'll help mentor lawyers, support the firm's continued growth and play an active role in its future direction.

Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is suited to an established Commercial Law Partner or Principal with a proven track record of developing clients and growing a successful practice.

Ideally, you'll bring an existing client base that can transition with you. More importantly, you'll be able to demonstrate the commercial contribution you've made throughout your career.

Whether you've progressed within an established firm or built your own practice, we're interested in Partners who enjoy building businesses as much as they enjoy practising law.
