As a ServiceNow TPSM Consultant you will be someone who can join any environment and establish yourself as a subject matter expert as well as a trusted advisor. You will gain experience working in challenging environments with intelligent, like-minded professionals. The ServiceNow TPSM Consultant will be leveraged and support a named number of NRI-ANZ Customers.
What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow TPSM platform and its features and functionality
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM\AIOps its features and functionality
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow TPSM scripting languages.
- Experience with ServiceNow TPSM configuration, customization, and administration
- Familiarity with ServiceNow TPSM data models and related features, such as tables, fields, forms, and business rules.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow TPSM security model and best practices for security implementation
- Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) best practices and industry standards (e.g. ITIL)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow TPSM
- Knowledge of integrations with other IT systems and tools
