Join Monadelphous' Personnel Logistics team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of major Energy contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to build their career within a fast-paced and collaborative project environment. As a Project Administrator, you will support a range of project and personnel logistics activities, coordinate workforce-related requirements, engage with key stakeholders, and contribute to the successful execution of projects across our Energy portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with site representatives and recruitment teams to deliver a seamless onboarding and mobilisation experience for employees.
• Coordinating flights, accommodation, training, and inductions to ensure personnel are fully compliant before mobilisation.
• Managing the allocation of internal employee resources to fulfil client workforce requirements as vacancies arise.
• Ownership and daily management of client rosters, employee work assignments and associated leave requests.
• Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating employee records, documentation, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
• Generating reports and monitoring compliance requirements to support operational and project needs
• Building strong working relationships with employees, site teams, and key stakeholders to support project success.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in mobilisation, onboarding, workforce administration, or project administration
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
