Associate/Senior Associate, Employment

We are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Employment & Workplace Relations team in Melbourne and work alongside Partner, Chris Molnar.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise across a broad mix of employment, industrial relations, workplace health and safety, discrimination and regulatory matters. You'll advise a diverse client base including insurers, ASX-listed companies, government bodies and SMEs, while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

The Opportunity

You'll Advise And Represent Clients Across

• Unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination and sexual harassment claims
• Workplace investigations, misconduct and whistleblower matters
• Work health and safety compliance and prosecutions
• Industrial relations disputes and enterprise agreement matters
• Employment contracts, workplace policies and day-to-day advisory work
• Regulatory investigations and workforce risk issues

About You

• 2+ years' post-admission experience in employment and workplace relations law
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Fair Work Commission processes
• Ability to manage litigated and advisory matters with increasing autonomy
• Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
