The Role

There is now an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to join the highly regarded Corporate team working across Tax, structuring and Corporate matters. You will have the chance to work alongside both Corporate and Tax Partners advising across corporate governance, regulatory compliance, shareholders agreements, commercial transactions as well as providing direct and indirect tax advice on business successions, corporate structuring and re-organisations, commercial transactions, tax audits, objections, private rulings etc. The role will suit lawyers with 3 to 9+ years corporate and/or tax experience out of a private client group with the opportunity to upskill across general corporate commercial.
