Role Overview

Seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR & Payroll Consultant with strong Australian Payroll expertise to provide functional and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SAP PA, OM, Australia Payroll (PY), TM, and Benefits.
  • Manage Australian Payroll compliance including STP, PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Leave, Terminations, and Year-End activities.
  • Troubleshoot payroll issues, reconciliations, enhancements, and legislative changes.
  • Support integrations with SuccessFactors EC, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, FI/CO, Banking, and Superannuation.
  • Work closely with Payroll, HR, and business stakeholders on incidents, governance, and service reviews.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong SAP HR/HCM & Australian Payroll experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP Payroll, Time Management, PA/OM.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors EC and SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Australian Payroll statutory and legislative knowledge.
