About the role

• Take on a Partnership role immediately or in the short-term
• A retiring Partner within the team means they have a potential client base to be transitioned
• Flexible approach and prepared to tailor the role around the incoming person depending on whether you are bringing existing fees with you

What you will offer

• Professional qualifications in accounting, technically capable and experience with complex client groups
• This could be suited to someone ready to step up to a Partnership role, or an established Business Services/Advisory Partner with fees
• Able to hit the ground running with the management of a quality local team
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to generate referrals or develop new business
